Zdobienie paznokci - metoda gazetowa:
Potrzebujemy: jasny lakier na tło, gazeta, nożyczki, 30% alkohol (lub woda), top coat (lub bezbarwny lakier).
1. Malujemy paznokcie na jasny kolor.
2. Wycinamy tekst z gazety.
3. Moczymy wycinek w alkoholu lub wodzie.
4. Mokry wycinek przyciskamy do paznokcia (pamiętajmy, aby lakier na paznokciu nie był całkowicie suchy!).
5. Ściągamy karteczkę z paznokcia, czekamy aż wyschnie, malujemy top coatem (lub bezbarwnym lakierem).

This is such a powerful message. It shows that verbal abuse can hurt as much as physical abuse. That saying “Sticks and stones may break my bones but words can never hurt me” is, in fact, a lie, in my opinion. Words do hurt. A lot.
